For the third year in a row, the Woodstock Elks Lodge 1043 has brought the IEA drug awareness trailer to the McHenry County fair and manned it with volunteers to distribute the Elks drug awareness literature to those attending the fair.
During the five days that the fair was open we handed out hundreds of pamphets to fair visitors.
Visitors were unversally appreciative of our presence and the work that we do to help stem the tide of drug and alcohol abuse among our youth.
Lodge members who participated in this years efforts include Lester D Bacon, James D Ballotti, Bruce Nulle, Don Larkhart, and David Stack.
